Angelo Mangiarotti “Incas” Console for Skipper, 1978

Description

Angelo Mangiarotti “Incas” console for Skipper, pietra serena, Italy, 1978.

Mangiarotti designed the “Incas” console as a development of the “Eros” model, featuring the same structural idea in a different material. Manufactured in Pietra Serena, “Incas” is characterized by a squared-shaped top and trapezoidal-shaped legs. The top ‘locks’ itself onto the legs and is kept in place as a result of the weight of the material. The construction is gravity-based, and the structure is stable and strong.

We offer custom restoration and special reupholstering on request. Our atelier enhances Italy’s excellence by providing dedicated and tailor-made customization services. Contact us for additional information.
