Mario Marenco & Antonella Scarpitta “830” chairs for Mobil Girgi, leather and wood, Italy, 1980, set of four.
The peculiarity of this model is the structure: the front legs connect with the armrests and wrap the backrest without any joint. The seat is covered with the original cognac leather, creating a comfortable chair, and the wood has been made according to steam bending. This model clearly recalls another Marenco’s chairs, the iconic “Sapporo”.
