All the objects for sale at Modernab Gallery are offered subject to the following terms and condition.
HOW TO PURCHASE
Modernab wants to favor the direct communication between seller and purchaser. That’s why we sell our items only after direct contact with the gallery by email, phone, or personally. PAYMENT
Buyers are required to pay for purchases immediately upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made in advance of the order. All payments must be made in the mentioned currency, in any of the following acceptable forms of payment:

DELIVERY
Modernab Gallery ships worldwide with selected and professional logistics partners. All the objects can be collected personally or through third parties at the gallery or at the warehouse. OBJECTS CONDITION
Buyers are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the condition or any other matter concerning property available on Modernab Gallery. Items are owned by Modernab Gallery until all money has been received and the goods have left the premises. Because of the vintage nature of our items, buyers should know that most pieces were previously owned, and Modernab Gallery cannot guarantee the future lifespan of previously used goods. Buyers are encouraged to inquire in advance via phone, email, or in person about the condition of any property on which they intend purchase. All condition issues may not be photographed or referenced online, but we are pleased to personally provide a more detailed description and/or additional photographs prior to your purchase. Statements given regarding any item on Modernab Gallery, whether orally or in writing, are intended as opinion only and do not constitute a warranty.
RETURN POLICY
Return is accepted only when an item does not match its product description, is damaged, or does not arrive, allowed within 14 days after delivery. Pieces must be returned in the condition they were received. The buyer assumes responsibility for payment of all shipments and any damage the item may incur during such time regardless of the reason for return. Modernab Gallery will keep the 20% of the final amount as restocking fee (excl. shipping and packing costs, or costs for customization). The refund will be processed when the object(s) are delivered and checked by our specialists at Modernab Gallery.
These terms and conditions are valid for any purchase completed at Modernab Gallery, whether this was processed through the website or any other sales channel property of Modernab Gallery or related to Modernab Gallery.
HIRES
Hirers are responsible for all goods from the moment they leave Modernab Gallery premises until they are returned there. Items must be returned in lent condition within the agreed timeframe or incur further charges. Hirers are responsible for ensuring hired goods and are entirely liable for losses, theft, damages, repair costs, and diminished value up to the hire invoice’s total item value. If hiring or using props onsite at our premises, hirers are liable for all props used for the duration of the location hire.
